Many of our trades have been working for us for over 20 years and we have a committment to the future of our industry, requiring all of our tradespeople to employ apprentices.

Although we are part of a large company, Spaceline is a small team, all of whom are dedicated to providing a choice of housing solutions for buyers in our developments. Our homes are backed by the Master Builders 10 year Classic warranty, but most of all, they are built with a dedication to quality and detail unsurpassed in homes in our price bracket.

We’ve built up a relationship over the years with a group of quality land developers, and as a result have a selection of great sites coming available as we need them. We are currently building in Karaka Lakes, Botany South and Beachlands. However we always have new locations and new homes  coming on stream, so we advise that you check this website regularly for changes.
